This page shows the H.264 live video stream in the browser. You can access this page either in guest mode or in administrator mode.
The guest mode does not require authentication and only allows viewing the H.264 video stream.
The administrator mode shows additional controls that allow configuring the H.264 video stream and the RTP server. This mode requires a login with administrator privileges.
To see the H.264 video stream, you need an installed plugin, such as the "Apple QuickTime Plugin" or the "VLC Plugin" for the browser you are using.
This parameter allows setting the desired frame rate. Please note that the frame rate depends to a large degree on the bandwidth of the transmission path, the selected resolution and the configuration of the H.264 video codec.

Depending on the camera model, you can use this option to display different views of corrected (i.e. undistorted) images. The Full Image display mode shows the image without further processing All other modes show an image that has been pre-processed in the camera. This means that you can use zooming and virtual PTZ (vPTZ).
Pre-processing of images results in reduced frame rates of the H.264 video stream.
This section allows using different presets for image resolution and image quality.
In scenes that show a lot of movement, the CPU load increases due to H.264 encoding. Note that you should reduce either the frame rate or the image quality in such a scene.
The presets with the (fast) addition are optimized for stable frame rates. As the load increases, the system automatically reduces the image quality in order to maintain the desired frame rate.
The presets with the (quality) addition are optimized for image quality. If the CPU load reaches 100%, the system automatically reduces the frame rate while maintaining image quality.

On system with dual image sensors, this parameter selects the image sensor that is to be used for H.264 encoding.
Use this parameter to include audio in the H.264 video stream. Note that this option is only available if a corresponding audio input has been configured and activated in the Microphone and Speaker dialog.
Use this parameter to rotate the image by 180 degrees. Note that rotating the image will reduce the frame rate, especially when encoding images with higher resolutions.
This parameter controls operating mode of the RTP server. There are three types of operating modes:

Use this parameter to switch between RTP Unicast and RTP Multicast. Multicast mode is only available if the RTP server is running permanently. More configuration options for the Multicast mode are available in the H.264 RTP Server Settings dialog.
Select an area that will be used for exposure control:
Visible Image Area: The correct exposure will be determined on the basis of the visible image section.
Full Image: In this setting, the entire area of the image sensor will be used for exposure control. However, you can also use exposure windows for exposure control:

Use this parameter if you would like to brighten up the entire image area (see Exposure Settings).
This parameter (similar to Brightness) also is used to control image brightness. However, it only affects the darker portions of an image (see Exposure Settings).
Use this parameter to influence the color saturation of the image. The higher the saturation, the more intense are the colors. The value -10 produces a gray-scale image (see Color Settings).
This parameter sets the sensitivity of the camera microphone.
